 Amity Business School along with Amity School of Economics, Amity University Gurugram organised a Business News Analysis program on 13^th September, 2023. . The event was coordinated by Dr. Bushra Khalid, ABS. The program aimed to enhance participants’ critical thinking and analytical skills by delving into current news articles related to the business and financial sectors.

The program consisted of elaborate discussions about various important topics such as Tomato Price Fluctuation, Competition in India's Premium Motorcycle Market and Addressing Food Insecurity in India. The event provided information about current business news items, encouraging participants to critically analyse and interpret the real-world events to enhance their analytical capabilities and understanding of the business and financial domains. A total of 62 students and 5 faculty members participated in the event.

In conclusion, the Business News Analysis program helped in improving the understanding of the practical application of course concepts, enhancing critical thinking skills through the evaluation of complex business issues improved ability to identify the relationship between current events and business theory and developing presentation and communication skills through classroom presentations.
