 Amity School of Hospitality, Amity University Gurugram organized an "Innovative Mocktails Workshop" on 20th September, 2023. The event was coordinated by Dr. Vinod Kumar Chauhan, Assistant Professor at ASH. The program aimed to provide ASH students with comprehensive knowledge about various innovative mocktail recipes and preparation techniques.

The event saw active participation from 31 BHM and BTTM students of ASH. The resource person for the workshop was Mr. Subrata Pal, Head of the Department, ASH. During the workshop, students were educated about the recipes and preparation techniques of a wide range of innovative mocktails, including Lime Cooler, Lychee Martini, Virgin Mojito, Blue Lagoon Mocktail and Virgin Pina Colada to name a few.

In conclusion, the workshop provided students with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing these innovative mocktails, expanding their repertoire of beverage-making skills. The event also encouraged creativity in crafting delightful non-alcoholic beverages.
