A Student Activity by Amity School of Hospitality on 13th August 2024
Amity School of Hospitality organised a student activity on “Sweet Creations Showdown-The Great Cupcake Bake-Off”, on 13th August 2024. With participation from BHM and BTTM students, the event achieved its goal of enhancing practical skills in the kitchen, promoting creativity, and encouraging collaboration.
The aim was to provide students with hands-on experience in baking various types of cupcakes. The event sought to educate students on the techniques involved in making a range of cupcakes, including chocolate, cashew brownie, marble, and red velvet cupcakes, fostering their culinary skills and creativity.
The Great Cupcake Bake-Off was a successful and engaging event, allowing students to showcase their baking talents while learning about different cupcake varieties. The initiative provided a fun, interactive environment for students to deepen their culinary knowledge, all while enjoying the process of creating sweet treats.
