 Amity University Haryana and Academic Staff College organised a Two-Week Online Faculty Development Program cum Short-Term Professional Development Certificate Program on December 9, 2024. 

The program aimed to empower participants with the knowledge and tools required to drive sustainable growth and achieve global benchmarks. It focused on addressing institutional gaps, enhancing research output, and fostering a culture of academic and research excellence aligned with global standards.

The program successfully concluded with participants gaining actionable strategies for improving institutional governance, fostering sustainability, and embracing technological advancements in pedagogy. Emphasis was placed on aligning academic activities with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), driving high-quality research, and building international collaborations.
