Industry Advisory Board Meeting on “Sustainability In Management Education: Building the Skills and Preparing Future Leaders” was organised by ABS on 29th April 2026. Furthermore, the workshop aimed to highlight the significance of holistic development by focusing on emotional intelligence, teamwork, adaptability, leadership, and other essential competencies required for success in modern organizations.
The workshop aimed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to navigate the rapidly evolving technological landscape shaped by Artificial Intelligence, automation, and digital transformation. It sought to encourage the responsible use of emerging technologies for creating sustainable and efficient systems. The session aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by exposing students to real-world scenarios and emphasizing experiential learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. It also intended to foster ownership, accountability, and innovation among students through structured activities such as boot camps, innovation projects, and collaborative learning initiatives.
The workshop concluded successfully with insightful addresses delivered by Prof. (Dr.) Vikas Madhukar, Pro Vice Chancellor, Amity University Haryana, and Mr. Ankush Maria, Deputy Chief Security Officer and Enterprise Risk Leader at EY. Prof. (Dr.) Vikas Madhukar shared valuable perspectives on innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership, and the importance of aligning academic learning with industry requirements. Mr. Ankush Maria provided practical insights into the application of Artificial Intelligence, design thinking, problem-solving, resilience, and emerging career opportunities in the digital era. The session inspired students to embrace technological advancements responsibly, develop future-ready skills, and cultivate leadership qualities essential for professional growth.
