An Expert Talk on “El día del idioma español” was organised by ASL on 30th April 2026. The event sought to encourage students to appreciate the richness of the Spanish language and Hispanic culture while fostering cross-cultural understanding and global citizenship.
The celebration of Spanish Language Day aimed to promote linguistic diversity, cultural awareness, and the significance of foreign language learning in an increasingly interconnected world. It also aimed to provide participants with valuable academic insights into contemporary trends in foreign language teaching and learning through the expert lecture delivered by the guest speaker, Dr. Meenakshi Sundriyal, and to create an engaging platform for cultural exchange, creativity, and experiential learning.
The event provided a meaningful blend of academic enrichment and cultural immersion.
