A Guest Lecture on “Global Conflict in the 21st Century: Changing Geopolitics and Security Challenges” as organised by ASLA on 29th April 2026. The event sought to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and real-world geopolitical developments by introducing students to key concepts in International Relations and strategic studies.
The guest lecture on “Global Conflict in the 21st Century: Changing Geopolitics and Security Challenges” aimed to enhance students’ understanding of contemporary global conflicts and the evolving dynamics of international security. Through the expert insights of the guest speaker, Prof. Aswini Kumar Mohapatra from Jawaharlal Nehru University, the lecture aimed to encourage critical thinking, foster independent analysis beyond media-driven narratives, and inspire greater academic interest in geopolitics, conflict studies, and international affairs.
