Amity University Haryana organized a Two-Day Yoga Clinic & Symposium on the occasion of the 12th International Day of Yoga 2026 with the theme “Yoga for Wellness, Wisdom & World Peace.” The programme was jointly organized by the Amity Sports Department and Amity Academic Staff College in collaboration with the Directorate of Higher Education, Haryana and Haryana Yog Aayog.

The programme aimed to encourage the adoption of yoga, pranayama, and meditation as integral components of a healthy lifestyle while fostering physical fitness, mental well-being, emotional resilience, and holistic development. It also sought to highlight the role of yoga in preventive healthcare, its integration with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, and its contribution to creating a healthier, more harmonious, and peaceful society.

The Two-Day Yoga Clinic & Symposium concluded successfully with active participation from faculty members, staff, and distinguished experts from academia and healthcare. The insightful deliberations on the scientific, philosophical, educational, and therapeutic dimensions of yoga enhanced participants' understanding of its relevance in contemporary life.
