The "Bausch and Lomb Mastermind Session" was organized to strengthen industry–academia collaboration by providing clinical optometry students with direct interaction with experts from Bausch and Lomb India. The session aimed to enhance students' understanding of modern contact lens practices, recent industry advancements, global standards in contact lens fitting, and professional career opportunities.
The "Bausch and Lomb Mastermind Session" concluded successfully with an informative and interactive session conducted by the resource team from Bausch and Lomb India. The experts provided valuable insights into corporate expectations, global contact lens fitting standards, advancements in contact lens materials, and emerging career opportunities in professional vision care. The live optometry quiz further enhanced students' clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities by engaging them in case-based scenarios and contact lens-related challenges. Team A emerged as the winners of the competition, demonstrating outstanding teamwork and clinical knowledge.
