Amity School of Languages marks The Day of Spanish Language with Global Opportunities
Amity School of Languages celebrated the Day of Spanish Language on 23rd April, 2026. The event featured Ms. Elena Orland the Director of the Tourism Office of Spain and Tourism Counselor at the Embassy of Spain in India, as the guest speaker. The Director announced two fully sponsored tickets to Spain along with a one-week fully sponsored scholarship programme for Foreign Language students studying Spanish at AUM. The students presented skits and songs in Spanish. Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Prof Dr A.W. Santhosh Kumar declared the winners through a raffle draw. The event witnessed the participation of 603 students in AUM auditorium. ASL HOI, Prof Dr Manjiree Vaidya, along with the ASL faculty, made dedicated efforts to ensure the success of the event.
To mark the World Book Day, ASL also launched the 6th edition of its annual e-magazine Zenith: Human Safari, and unveiled the book cover of Fabula Altera, the ASL faculty-authored collection of counter-narrative stories.
