Amity Institute of Liberal Arts, Amity University, Mumbai has organized an event on the occasion of 135th birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. Dr. Mule Rohit Ashok and Dr. Raju Adagale, faculties of Amity Institute of Liberal Arts were delivered their speeches on different dimensions of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. Dr. Mule initially showed video clip of rare photographs of Dr. Ambedkar, then talked on the topic of “Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Contribution to the Constitution”. In his speech he was focused on some of the critical speeches that Dr. Ambedkar delivered in the Constituent Assembly. Moreover, Dr. Raju also showed a video clip on the event of the Mahad Satyagraha of 1927, then he took topic for discussion as “Dr. Ambedkar views on Annihilation of Caste”. In his speech, Dr. Raju has given historical and theoretical evidences regarding development of Caste System in India. The basic fundamentals points that both speakers focused in their speeches were to bring equality, liberty, justice to the Indian Society.
