 Amity Innovation Incubator and Amity Business School organized a webinar for the young entrepreneurs and start-up on 7^th August 2020. This webinar was regarding the ease of doing business where the speaker ,CA Sambhav Mehrotra, Senior Consultant, Startup Movers, India delivered this session on incorporation and allied compliances /accounting and legal framework for budding entrepreneurs and start-ups.

The main objective of the event is to motivate and encourage the budding entrepreneurs and start-ups regarding ease of doing business.

CA Sambhav Mehrotra, Senior Consultant, Startup Movers started his session with different forms of entities such as  Proprietorship, partnership, LLP and Company including OPC. He provided the clarity for different characteristics of these various entities.  He shared the various requirements for company registration , steps to be followed  for registration process and other compliance requirements. CA Mehrotra discussed the different forms such as SPICe (INC 32) ,AGILE etc., StartUp India Registration eligibility, StartUp India benefits and investment agreements.  Finally the session was concluded with the different queries of the students.
