Ms. Deepa Seth, Nutritionist , Nestle India demonstrated Thai recipes to the students
The Department of Dietetics and Applied Nutrition, Amity University Haryana, organized an online Live Cooking Demonstration of our 2 minute favorite Maggi on 16th October 2020 as a part of celebrating World food Day by Ms. Deepa Seth, Nutritionist , Nestle.
The event was organized with an objective of making students aware of Thai cuisine and the method and ingredients used in cooking healthy and nutritious recipes of Thai cuisine. The students could view the cooking of the recipes and widen their knowledge about the various methods involved in cooking.
Three Thai recipes were demonstrated during the event namely Raw Papaya Salad, Thai Fried Rice and Vegetables in Thai Green Curry. Ms. Deepa made the students understand and know about each and every ingredient to be used and in the correct quantity and methods.
The event was an interactive one where students were asking their queries and also giving feedback at the same time.
