Amity Institute of Biotechnology, Amity University Haryana organized International Webinar on Plant based Protein by 2025/2050". This was in account to celebrate the World Food Day 2020 on 16^th October 2020.

The webinar was organized in collaboration with International Foundation for Sustainable Development in Africa and Asia (IFSDAA) - African Asian Studies Promotion Association (AASF) – Germany, Society for Sustainable Agriculture & Resource Management (SSARM) – India. Prof R. K. Behl, Global Coordinator IFSDAA/ SSARM also joined as panelist in the webinar virtually from Jagan Nath University Bahadurgarh Jhajjar Haryana on the day.

The objectives of the Webinar was to provide indepth information regarding current and future scenario of agriculture, food, environment and health related issues challenges and perspectives on plant based protein by 2025/2050.

More than 538 scientists, faculty members, research scholars, B.Sc., M.Sc students from regional universities and policy planners from the Asia, Africa and Europe registered for the webinar online.
